Susan Flack is the Executive Director of Sales Strategy & Enablement, Corporate Sales, at Dow Jones.
She is responsible for the development and implementation of the sales enablement, communications and training strategy across the 200-person global Professional Information Business Sales team.
Since joining Dow Jones in 2009, Susan has served in a variety of roles across the Professional Information Business Sales Team. She was the company's first Sales Enablement Director on the Corporate Marketing team and served as Regional Sales Director for the Southeast territory.
Prior to joining Dow Jones, Susan worked in Corporate Communications for Cox Enterprises and held Sales, Marketing & Underwriting Management roles at Chubb Insurance.
She holds a BA/MA in English from Emory University.
