Lori Richardson is recognized in the B2B sales space as a thought leader, with over 35 years in sales and sales leadership in tech, SaaS, manufacturing, distribution and financial services. Lori is known as "The Sales Assessment Expert" at Sales Xperts (Brighttalk), having helped hundreds of company leaders with tactics and tools to hire better sales reps and sales managers.
Lori writes an award winning blog, and is a co-host of The B2B Sales Show podcast. She often comes up on lists of top women in sales and is committed to helping companies hire and retain more women in sales and sales leadership. Her book, She Sells - Hire, Retain, and Promote Great Women in Sales, will be available in early 2020.
In addition to her work for Score More Sales, Lori is a founding member of the Sales Enablement Society and founder and president of Women Sales Pros, an online community that supports companies looking to identify, recruit, hire, onboard and promote great women into sales and sales leadership careers. Lori began her career as a quota-carrying salesperson and sales leader in technology and financial services. Prior to founding Score More Sales, she worked to train employees at various companies on everything from time management to basic business fundamentals.
