Bill Cocozza is the Director, USAS Initiatives at Franklin Templeton. In this role, he is responsible for process improvement and global sourcing for the US Sales team and project prioritization for discretionary and strategic level initiatives. He also manages the USAS Initiatives team in the US, which is responsible for mobile strategies/deployment, CRM support, project management, communications and change management.
