Tim Hagen is a nationally known speaker and expert on the field of employee coaching. He possesses a degree in adult education from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Tim has been the owner of Progress Coaching, a training reinforcement company, for the past 20 years.

His work includes developing courses in coaching as well as technology solutions that support the evolution of coaching for managers and leaders. He's worked with publicly traded companies, such as Oshkosh Corp., GE, Monsanto, as well as professional sports team like the Milwaukee Brewers and Houston Texans, along with large technology companies such as Zones, as well as many other type of companies.
